We hope you love your Bundle & Bear pieces as much as we loved creating them 🧸✨

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pacifier clips unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the item. We will be happy to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Please note:

- Items must be unused and in their original condition

- We do not accept returns for change of mind

- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once dispatched

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
