All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable for a product is the price displayed at the time you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
Your order will be accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted and is being processed for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue, such as a product being unavailable, a clear pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

7. Personalised Orders
Where a product is personalised, customers are responsible for checking that all personalisation details supplied to us are correct before placing the order.
We will reproduce the information provided to us as accurately as possible.
Because personalised products are made specifically for the customer, they may be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by UK consumer law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
We do not store your full payment card details.
Orders will normally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
9. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using the delivery options shown at checkout.
Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service selected and circumstances outside our control.

10. Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind about an order, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For most eligible products purchased online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.
